My name is Richard Stowey and I have recently graduated with an MSc in Design Engineering. I currently reside just outside Bristol.

I am motivated by the need for functional design through innovative design thinking and a unique problem solving approach. I am focused upon design for manufacture but I possess a range of skills attributed to my well rounded design education.

My inspiration comes from seeing a problem. Finding out how to fix this problem and overcome many challenges along the way drives me forward and keeps me passionate. I strive for a high standard of technical brilliance and functional elegance.

Through this blog i aim to convey my thoughts and feelings towards many subjects and progress my ideas in view of anyone who chooses to read or even lend a comment.
